About The Position

The Program Financial Management position at Lockheed Martin is an early career role within the Spectrum Convergence Finance & Business Operations team. This hybrid position allows employees to work both remotely and on-site, focusing on supporting various active programs and critical closeout activities. The role involves learning and supporting Earned Value Management (EVM) activities, collaborating with program leads, and contributing to financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of software tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Understanding basic financial concepts such as cost accumulation, profit and loss calculations, financial statements.
  • Experience with public speaking and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with working on a team or group project.
  • Quick learner with aptitude for various systems and processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or related discipline.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Support Finance Lead(s) in Baseline establishment and maintenance, EVM performance and EAC/ETC analysis, and various other Ad Hoc requests.
  • Work within Finance Lead and Planning to support accurate EVM data and cost/schedule integration.
  • Data input and maintenance in EVM tool (Cobra).
  • Support development and timely communication of risks and opportunities.
  • Support development of monthly CDRLs, including internal and external reviews (Weekly Expense Reporting, Invoicing).
  • Support development of common processes and reports to support IPTs.
  • Support Program Management Reviews, internal and external surveillance reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews, prepare management presentations, and other Ad Hoc requests.
