About The Position
The Program Financial Analyst will support the Starlab Program by implementing and managing financial systems and processes, including Earned Value Management (EVM) and EACs. This role will partner closely with program managers and the finance team to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis, while providing actionable insights to improve program performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced knowledge of EVM systems, and a proven ability to present financial information effectively at all levels of the organization. Job holder will functionally be reporting to Program Financial Controller organization and operationally part of the Program organization as a business partner.
