About The Position

Continental Electronics Corporation is a leading provider of RF technologies and innovative solutions with over 75 years of proven performance. CEC has experienced significant recent growth and has established itself as the go-to supplier for a diversified product line supporting a wide spectrum of markets from commercial products, military customers, to space research laboratories. Continental Electronics Corporation (CEC), a subsidiary of OSI Systems, Inc., seeks a seasoned finance professional to lead program finance activities. This role will be responsible for program-level financial oversight, supporting a high-tech manufacturing environment with a strong focus on government contracting. Senior Program Analyst will oversee multiple programs within the business and collaborate closely Program Management, Scheduling, Engineering, and Operations. This person will be a key resource reporting to the Senior Finance Program Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of finance/accounting experience, including 2+ years in program finance
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and government contracting (CP/FP/T&M)
  • Experience with Deltek, Oracle EPM Cloud, and complex HFM reporting and consolidation
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word
  • Ability to obtain DoD issued Secret Clearance
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across department
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Labor & Material tracking, cost transfers, & resource planning/updates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers
  • Lead real-time financial performance monitoring
  • Monitor program costs, schedules, and risks
  • Drive monthly and quarterly planning cycles
  • Support business development proposals
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
  • Prepare variance analyses, productivity studies, and non-standard management reports
  • Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis as needed

  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
