Nationality Requirements Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers.

Requirements

  • Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset.
  • Background in government contracting
  • Typically, a Bachelor Degree in Accounting (or equivalent) and 2+ years of related experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Oracle and Cobra preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors and analyzes accounting allocation and spending data to determine financial resources required to develop budgets.
  • Tracks expenses, inventories, and budget balances.
  • Measures actual performance against budget.
  • Prepares forecasting reports and trend analysis.
  • Utilizes financial modeling and data analytics tools.
  • Recognize revenue in Oracle and create monthly invoices in Oracle and WAWF.
  • Monitor cash flow and payments from invoices.
  • Develop WBS, Control Accounts (CA), and charge codes based on current project scope of work and parent–child relationships.
  • Initiate and maintain project data in Cobra.
  • Build strong professional relationships with team members, Program Managers, and functional leads.
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
