Peraton is seeking a Program Financial Analyst with a focus on Earned Value Management (EVM) to join a team of qualified, diverse individuals in supporting our Intelligence Community (IC) customer. The selected individual will be responsible for implementing EVM on the program and performing analysis of budgets and forecasts needed to meet contractual requirements. The program is part of the National Security Space (NSS) Business Unit and contributes to the protection and defense of national space assets. The role involves leading Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation and execution activities on the program. This includes the preparation and submittal of monthly Integrated Program Management Reports (IPMR) Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) using Cobra. The analyst will build partnerships with Control Account Managers (CAMs) to support program execution while maintaining compliant EVM implementation in accordance with the Peraton EVM System Description. Additionally, the analyst will incorporate contractual changes into the cost baseline, perform actuals reconciliation, prepare and maintain spend plans, and develop and review Estimates at Complete (EACs), ensuring that changes are integrated into the EVM system to maintain cost and schedule integration. The Program Financial Analyst will assist CAMs with EVM activities, which include creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), developing and documenting earned value methodologies, proper time-phasing of tasks, performance measurement, and variance analysis research and reporting. The role requires performing complex analysis of budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned portions of a program or programs. The analyst will coordinate interdepartmental development of program plans and interface with vendors and customers as required. Monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual cost and schedule objectives are met is also a key responsibility. The analyst will prepare financial reports, statements, estimates (ETC, EAC), and other program deliverables to ensure effective management. Furthermore, the analyst will work with program teams to coordinate, negotiate, and resolve financial compliance issues with various governmental agencies to ensure accurate interpretation of contract requirements. The role also involves interfacing with top management and responding to their requests for financial data.
