Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Excel functions (Pivot Tables, Lookups, and relatable digital tools (SAP APEX) and the Microsoft Office Suite of tools

Nice To Haves

  • 4 year college degree in relevant subject (finance, business, accounting, etc)
  • Analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Capability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Participate in monthly CAM reviews (metric, staffing, timephasing, etc), record and initiate corrective actions
  • Update, at least monthly, performance metrics and utilize validity checks to verify data; generate monthly financial reports
  • Reconcile EV data with accounting book of record
  • Participate in change management – disposition baseline change requests and update contract log
  • Assist tracking incremental funding and advise contract manager
  • Assist preparation of quarterly EAC presentations and annual comprehensive EAC presentations
  • Participate in earned value surveillance internally and externally
