THE WORK The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. This Program Finance position will be part of a team of analysts who collectively support multiple Delivery Orders under a federal government contract. Responsibilities include program cost management; EVMS support to include baseline management, performance reporting, variance analysis, risk and opportunity assessment and CDRL completion (IPMR; CFSR; etc); invoicing; monthly, quarterly and annual financial forecasting; ROS/Profitability and Balance Sheet analysis; workforce planning and support to the program management team. Requirements

2+ Years of experience in Finance or related field
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
Experience generating either monthly invoices or CDRLs using Microsoft Excel
Experience with financial modeling & reporting including Pivot Tables, SUMIF statements and Lookups
Team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude; ability to develop effective relationships to accomplish team goals

Nice To Haves

Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle Hyperion & COBRA, as well as financial systems and processes such as ROADS, ECS, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), FP&A, and accounting (including revenue recognition and balance sheet analysis).
Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVMS) principles and application to financial process, including contractual cost and schedule performance.
Experience with multiple Contract Types (CPxx; FFP); familiarity with contract language/proposal process
Program Finance experience to include monthly and annual program financial status preparation and analysis (LRP; Monthly Outlooks)
Advanced Excel knowledge using Macros and/or other Excel functions
Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver
Ability to multi-task and manage challenging assignments
Experience presenting to/interfacing with senior management
