About The Position

HRUCKUS is looking for an experienced Program Evaluator to provide temporary staff support services to the DC Department of Health. The Program Evaluator assists the Program Manager in evaluating projects and is responsible for the coordination and completion of those projects. This role oversees aspects of projects, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors progress, and develops strategies and quality assurance processes.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in program evaluation or project coordination.
• Experience in project coordination and completion.
• Ability to oversee project tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress.
• Experience developing strategies and quality assurance processes.
• Strong communication skills for reporting to management and liaising with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager in evaluating projects and be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects.
• Oversee aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress for status reports to senior management.
• Support project staff by facilitating logistics meetings.
• Develop strategies and quality assurance processes for project specifications.
• Communicate with the Contract Administrator or client managers to foster project progression and adherence to government policies and regulations.
