BAE Systems is seeking a Radiation Hardness Assurance Program Engineering Manager (PEM) to lead all radiation assurance activities within the Space Systems product line. Known as an industry leader in digital space electronics, the Space Systems product line can be found on almost all commercial, civil, and national security space missions. Space Systems specializes in advanced, high-reliability, and radiation tolerant and hardened digital capability in multiple generations of semiconductor components. This includes ASICs, memories, processors, and power devices, in addition to larger electronic assemblies and boards. As part of the BAE Systems team, you’ll be working on challenging problems, leading creative engineers, and working to deliver advanced products by serving as engineering lead for all radiation assurance activities within the product line.
