As an industry leader in EO/IR and RF technologies, we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability. In this role, the PEM will support a strategy role through coordination of multiple projects to ensure system design, technical performance, and program dependencies are documented and understood. They will provide technical stewardship of the engineering effort for the entire program ensuring the solution meets customer programmatic and technical requirements within the allocated engineering cost and schedule. The PEM will lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team working state of the art threat detection solutions to include the 2-Color Advanced Warning System (2CAWS) and the AN/AAR-57 Common Missile Warning System (CMWS) products.
