The Victory Connector Program Director is responsible for the delivery of services and operations at the Victory Connector which provides homelessness support and harm reduction services to individuals at risk for infectious disease, overdose, and other health conditions associated with substance use and/or unstable housing. Services include housing case management, HIV/HCV and STI testing, PrEP education and linkage services, syringe exchange, naloxone distribution and overdose education. The Victory Connector is a harm reduction, navigation, and respite center for women and transgender individuals who use drugs and/or are experiencing homelessness. The Victory Connector Team work to improve outcomes, reduce mortality and enhance overall quality of life for individuals experiencing homelessness and exploitation, who are impacted by substance use, behavioral health issues and infectious diseases by seamlessly connecting them to resources and knowledge through navigation, outreach, and education.
