About The Position

Crestwood is seeking a Program Director to lead and coordinate the rehabilitation program within our organization. The Program Director will ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, oversee the timely completion of reporting requirements, and guarantee that all clients receive comprehensive mental health services tailored to their treatment plans. This role includes providing in-service training and supervising program staff, contributing to a supportive environment for both clients and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or related field (Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Behavioral Sciences, Psychiatric Nursing, etc.).
• Two years of experience or training in a mental health setting, with at least one year in program development for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5, psycho-social rehabilitation, recovery principles, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the rehabilitation program.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Oversee timely completion of reporting requirements.
• Ensure clients receive the full spectrum of mental health services based on their treatment plans.
