As a Program Director at Compass Career Solutions, you will play a key role in shaping the future of employment and supportive housing programs. Your leadership will empower staff and clients alike, making a lasting impact in the community. You will lead a team, ensuring that programs are developed, implemented, and operated at the highest level, while also participating in community outreach and partnership building.

  • Supervise, mentor, and train staff to maintain program excellence.
  • Maintain an accurate record of client services and other required processes.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts and regulations related to developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance abuse services.
  • Collaborate with staff to drive positive change and ensure flexible, responsive services that meet evolving needs.
  • Participate in meetings with contractors and community partners for updates, plan reviews, and outcomes.
  • Represent Compass Career Solutions at community and networking events.
  • Lead outreach efforts to build partnerships with local employers, landlords, shelters, and community organizations.
  • Directly support clients as needed, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.
  • Promote and market our programs to expand our impact and reach more individuals in need.
  • Track program performance, oversee reporting, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Two years of experience working with individuals facing barriers to employment, housing, or social services, including case management.
  • Leadership experience - At least two years in a supervisory role.
  • A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in social services or a related field OR five years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills - Strong written and verbal abilities.
  • Community-minded - Skilled in networking, relationship-building, and advocacy.
  • Accountability & Independence - Ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative leader.
  • Reliable Transportation - A valid driver's license, insurance, and access to a vehicle are required.
  • Bilingual Preferred
  • Compensation: $31.00 per hour (full wage range $31.00 - $34.60 based on title and geographical location)
