Bancroft is currently looking for a Program Director within our Brick/Toms River, NJ program.

  • Provide oversight and management for a residential campus and day program located in Brick, NJ.
  • Direct the operations, activities, and overall environment to ensure ongoing quality of care to residents.
  • Lead a team of 4 program managers and a team of staff.
  • Develop and maintain operational excellence.
  • Provide development and support to both managers and employees to create a positive work environment and increase staff retention.
  • Conduct regular shift change and weekly manager meetings.
  • Attend campus leadership meetings to promote a constant flow of information.
  • Work in partnership with Applied Behavior Analysis clinicians and Nursing to address the behavioral and health needs of individuals served.
  • Develop positive relationships with staff, parents, and community members.
  • In conjunction with the Senior Director, develop and oversee the annual financial operating budget, monitor expenses, identify and resolve budget variances, and effectively reallocate dollars to meet established fiscal budget.
  • Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations and cooperate with Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) inspections and investigations.
  • Bachelor's degree plus three years of experience in Human Services or a related field preferred.
  • Two plus years of management experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Valid driver's license with no provisional restrictions.
