About The Position

Plans, develops, promotes, coordinates, implements, and evaluates a comprehensive biblically-based and Christ-centered rehabilitation program; supervises and trains intake staff; assigns caseloads to subordinate employees; manages and monitors assigned caseload of program participants in a rehabilitation program; develops program plan/goals and evaluates program participant's progress by conducting routine meetings with participant and/or staff; serves as advocate for program participants in order to acquire services that will enable them to functionally cope with their environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Four to five years of experience working in the counseling field, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Addiction Counselor preferred but not required.
