JOB SUMMARY: The Program Director is a member of the Club’s leadership team and an integral part of the day-to-day supervision of the clubhouse operations in their assigned building. The Program Director assist the Executive Director in leading, managing, directing and monitoring the overall daily operations of a club with primary concern for safety, high quality programming, driving optimal club experience and service delivery/outcomes for youth ages 6 to 18, as well as employee management. Additionally, assist the Executive Director with community relationships, financial well-being, and facility management of the location. Provide a safe, fun learning environment that enables a member to grow and develop into a responsible adult. The Program Director reports directly to the Executive Director and may manage the club in supervisor’s absence.
