About The Position

The Program Director has oversight responsibility for services provided throughout Starlight’s Community Services programs. The Program Director supervises, manages, and coordinates all program and administrative activities to ensure the provision of quality care to clients and their families. The Full Service Partnership TAY program supports individuals with mental health, family life, employment, education, living situation, personal effectiveness, and community life functioning. Sessions are conducted in the community, clinic, home, and some via telehealth, working with individuals ages 6-15 (Child) and 16-25 (TAY). The team utilizes a strength-based approach and works together as a multidisciplinary team, providing services to individuals and families throughout Santa Clara County.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Mental Health Field
  • Ten (10) years of clinical experience in mental health field treating children, or adolescents and families
  • Two (2) years’ post licensure experience navigating County mental health, child welfare, and/or juvenile probation systems and services
  • Four (4) years’ experience in behavioral health management
  • Licensed as an LMFT, LCSW, or PhD Psychologist
  • Valid California Driver’s License and current automobile insurance
  • Must maintain a driving record that meets the company driver's eligibility policy
