The Program Director is responsible for the overall clinical management and administrative operations of their assigned program(s). This includes managing and monitoring the job performance of all program employees, ensuring high-quality clinical services, maintaining the general upkeep and safety of the managed site, meeting established program goals, and ensuring proper communication between program employees and agency administration.
