Overview: Job Description Summary: Assists in the oversight of daily operational issues, oversees capital requests, maintains and monitors time and attendance functions, and provides support in coordinating daily staffing plans and reassigns staff as necessary. Job Description: Essential Functions: Manages daily administrative tasks to support operations. Coordinates schedules and meetings for the operations team. Maintains accurate records and databases for operational activities. Assists in preparing reports and presentations for management review. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Working knowledge of correct spelling and grammar, accounting and bookkeeping, office practices and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of time and attendance and computerized information systems.
  • Analytical skills to assess develop and implement operational practices.
  • Supervisory and managerial skills required to plan and assign work, resolve problems, and monitor and evaluate staff.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills required for internal and external contacts.
  • Four years operations experience with supervisory responsibilities, required.
  • OCCASIONALLY: Computer skills, Hand use: grasping, gripping, turning, Lifting / Carrying: 0-10 lbs, Lifting / Carrying: 11-20 lbs, Repetitive hand/arm use, Standing, Walking
  • FREQUENTLY: Decision Making, Interpreting Data, Problem solving
  • CONTINUOUSLY: Audible speech, Hearing acuity, Seeing – Far/near, Sitting

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, preferred.
  • Experience in a health care environment, preferred.
