Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Provide and maintain a Valid U.S. Driver’s License and insurable under company policy
- Experience working with individuals with Behavioral disabilities
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Residential Group Home experience
- Ability to pass and maintain Medication Certification & CPR/First Aid

Responsibilities
- Supervise Managers and conduct meetings.
- Respond to calls during off hours.
- Perform Manager or DSP duties as needed and fills shifts when necessary.
- Complete all required documentation promptly, including time and attendance, daily logs, progress notes, and monthly reports.
- Participate in ongoing communication and planning for individualized program implementation.
- Administer medications and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Maintain current knowledge of licensing guidelines and legislation in the BH field.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information.
