Requirements

Licensure as an LPN or RN in the state of Oregon or certified counselor (CADC I, II, or III)
5 years' e xperience in A&D treatment experience in an opiate treatment program with 1-year administrative experience Or 4 years' experience and bachelor's degree in related field, or 3 years' experience and master's degree in a related field from an accredited university.

Current driver's license

Responsibilities

Supervises operations of an opiate treatment program to include the direct supervision of the center's staff members and the treatment center's performance in the following key areas: operations, staffing, training, compliance, and customer service.
Scheduling / supervision of the staff members, training and professional development.
Evaluation of the assigned client's progress in treatment, implementation of company policies and procedures, and adherence to state, federal and accrediting agency regulatory requirements.
Leadership skill development and mentoring of staff members.
Execution and supervision of monthly, quarterly, and annual training programs to include the training of various staff members as well as training key leaders on the skills and knowledge necessary for them to train their team.
Coordination of training and audit efforts by internal and external functional area experts and teams.
Weekly team meetings, and staff member crisis intervention meetings (i.e., behavioral problems, high risk clients, suicide, incarceration, emergency treatment center leave, etc.)
Serve as Corporate Compliance Officer for the center.
Maintenance of center to ensure it is maintained at a high standard.
Resolution of urgent and emergent issues regarding the treatment center before, during and after regular office hours.
Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly treatment center reports.
Managing center revenue collections to achieve target collection rates.
Monitor scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and minimize unnecessary overtime.
Reporting of any work-related injury or illness, or workplace hazards or security issues immediately to the HR Dept and ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
Ensure staff members are qualified by appropriate education, credentials, and training. And maintain their licensure/certification as required by the state, federal, and licensing authorities.
Monitor compliance through testing, periodic internal audits, formal and informal surveys, and by coordinating internal audits and third-party audit efforts.
Responsible for driving Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives at the treatment center.
Assist in all marketing and outreach plans ensuring a robust and active referral network.
