The Program Director is responsible for the delivery of services, development and maintenance of all operations of the Victory House program. The Program Director supports the staff in providing a trauma-informed environment that is rooted in providing harm reduction, person-centered services to clients with a history of substance use disorder and mental health. The Program Director reports to the Deputy Director of Recovery Services, or their designee for support and supervision. Location: Victory House, in Boston’s South End, provides residential treatment programs for men dealing with substance use disorders. Our four-to-eight month program can accommodate up to 24 residents and has a long history of providing treatment to individuals. A welcoming environment for men of all cultures, Victory House is also a long-time leader in providing substance use disorder treatment to people living with HIV/AIDS.
