About The Position

The Program Director oversees the day-to-day operations of a group home, including program planning, supervision of residential staff, budget management, integration of community-based experiences for youth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, therapeutic services. Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a residential treatment setting with a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience required.
Ability to complete 2 weeks orientation training, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, in Rutland.
