About The Position
Join Our Team and Make a Difference! Are you a natural leader with a passion for social impact? Ready to take your behavioral health and care management experience to the next level? We're looking for a Program Director to lead a powerhouse portfolio of services designed to support adults navigating mental health, substance use challenges, and justice involvement. You'll oversee multiple innovative programs including: Community Support Program (CSP), Behavioral Health for Justice Involvement (BHJI), Recovery Support and Navigation, and Mobile Outreach Program (in partnership with the Department of Mental Health). These programs are all about helping individuals thrive in the community - improving health outcomes, reducing emergency visits and overdoses, lowering recidivism, and connecting people to the services they deserve.
