About The Position

As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe. You will teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!). You will provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating our members like family. Additionally, you will oversee the full breadth of offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met, and oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members.

Requirements

• Energetic and love working with kids.
• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to be a goofball and give high 5’s.
• Strong interpersonal skills with both kids and parents.
• Positive attitude and ability to maintain a good mood.
