About The Position

The Program Director for Tucson ABA Services is responsible for providing administrative support, leadership, and oversight for the program. This role involves developing professional relationships, managing staff, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards, and promoting evidence-based treatment approaches. The director will also oversee budget preparation and ensure the program meets cleanliness and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in a field related to Behavioral Health preferred.
  • Management experience required.
  • Prior experience in providing clinical supervision in a behavioral health setting preferred.
  • A minimum of an Associate's level licensure required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card required upon hire and must be maintained throughout employment.
  • CPR, First Aid & AED certification required upon hire and must be maintained throughout employment.
  • Valid Driver's License and proof of vehicle registration and liability insurance that meet company requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support, leadership, and oversight for the program.
  • Develops and maintains professional relationships with various officials and professional workers.
  • Serves as the central point of contact for program services and provides positive public relations for all programs.
  • Manages complaints, including resolution and follow-up, in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Works collaboratively with Human Resources on hiring, developing, retaining, evaluating, disciplining, and discharging program staff.
  • Consults with the Executive Director regarding legal issues and serious programmatic issues.
  • Provides clinical supervision to program staff on a weekly basis.
  • Provides administrative supervision of assigned supervisory and support staff.
  • Fills in for supervisors as needed and is on-call for program emergencies.
  • Participates in annual budget preparation and ensures adherence to budget parameters.
  • Follows agency purchasing and accounting procedures and ensures compliance among staff.
  • Ensures program staff receive ongoing training and coaching.
  • Conducts regular all-staff meetings for program staff.
  • Ensures cleanliness and safety standards for the program are met.
  • Maintains member files in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Collects program data through established protocols to document outcome measures.
  • Supports the organization's mission and promotes an empirical behavioral model in program services.
  • Maintains an approved schedule and acceptable level of attendance.
