Skanska Integrated Solutions (SIS) provides construction project management consulting services through our in-house group known as Skanska Integrated Solutions (SIS). With a 30-year track record of success, SIS functions as an "extension of staff" and is a trusted advisor to its clients. Acting in the role of Owner's Agent, the Project Director is responsible for supervising project management and construction management teams in all project phases, including studies, programming and planning, preconstruction services, design, procurements, construction, and closeout. The Program Director is the team leader, and the individual responsible from initiation through completion of construction. The Program Director is responsible for staff mentoring, project management processes and methods, stakeholder communications, coordination and conflict resolution to ensure project goals are consistently met.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in a Project Management role managing commercial and public sector projects of buildings ranging in costs of $20 Million to $200 Million.
  • 5+ years working with a preconstruction team to plan projects for success.
  • 3+ years experience managing the design process and relationships between design and construction.
  • 10+ years of experience reading and understanding construction plans, drawings and technical specifications.
  • Experience with K-12 Projects in Massachusetts.
  • Demonstrated ability to target and pursue additional business with existing clients.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in leading meetings with owners and architects.
  • Ability to develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
