The Program Director is a leadership role to clinical and administrative business services. The role is responsible to work in partnership with senior leadership to provide leading practices that improve quality of the programs and achieve the aligned business area programmatic outcomes and standards. This position supported the business with program leadership, program growth, program revisions, program evaluations, program requirements, and program regulation adherence. The role is expected to lead or coordinate a team of professionals to plan, prioritize, develop and execute high reliability for aligned program areas. The Program Director is responsible for meeting requirements, driving growth, and focusing on operational efficiency in aligned business areas to advance operational outcomes and strategic purpose. The Program Director reports to the Vice President level of the business service.

  • Provides leadership for the aligned program areas.
  • Partners with leadership for program initiatives, data analysis, and programmatic performance improvement.
  • Ensures programs are aligned to goals and meet compliance, regulatory, and programmatic expectations.
  • Partners to recruit and retain talent for continuous support of the aligned service or business areas.
  • Ensures quality improvement and compliance with program expectations.
  • Ensures activities, policies, procedures, protocols, and internal business processes are in compliance with program expectations, organizational policies, and regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Ensures systematic and highly reliable reviews of programs to ensure quality, leading practices, and achievement of internal and external standards.
  • Directs and leads achievement of operational and performance budgets.
  • Collaborates on margin improvement initiatives for aligned business areas.
  • Manages applicable program grants, billing protocols, billing reconciliations, audits, payment agreements, sponsorships, trials, and vendor contracts in support of programs.
  • Manages talent if applicable to program(s).
  • Fosters a team-based environment that collaborates across multiple disciplines to focus on continuous improvement and engagement for the program(s).
  • Monitors and recognizes performance of team members and supports people in professional development.
  • Engages with team members to answer day to day questions and guidance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required for those hired on or after 01/01/2025.
  • Master’s Degree Preferred.
  • 5 years of related experience preferred.
  • Intrapersonal communication abilities and critical thinking preferred.
  • Strong analytics and management skills preferred.
