The Program Director of Pathways to Excellence at Stillwater Medical is responsible for leading the initiative to achieve and maintain the American Nurse Credentialing Center's (ANCC) Pathway status, which is a precursor to obtaining Magnet status. This role involves project management, communication, and the development and implementation of activities related to the Pathways to Excellence initiative, ensuring ongoing compliance and excellence in nursing practices.

Lead the initiative to seek ANCC Pathway status and maintain it.
Develop, implement, and communicate activities related to the Pathways to Excellence initiative.
Manage projects associated with the Pathways to Excellence initiative.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective implementation of changes and improvements.
Organize and plan long-term strategies for achieving Magnet status.

Bachelor's degree in nursing; master's degree in nursing preferred.
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma.
Three to five years of experience with progressive responsibilities in a healthcare setting.
Demonstrated leadership abilities as a member of the healthcare team.
Ability to work effectively with others and solve problems creatively.

Experience in a Magnet designated hospital or similar accreditation process.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in project management.

Full-time position with 40 hours per week.
