Mercy University seeks qualified candidates to apply for the Program Director of Catalyst. The Catalyst Program Director is a 12-month faculty/administrative position based at Mercy's Bronx campus, located at 1200 Waters Place in the Pelham Bay neighborhood. The Program Director will be appointed as a faculty member with expectations of instruction. Discipline open. Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The Catalyst program is an innovative initiative designed to empower and give momentum to students' college career through carefully tailored and monitored academic support, financial support, career education, and mentoring. The program aims to set students up for maximum success during their time at Mercy and beyond. The Catalyst Program Director will be responsible for the oversight and growth of this essential Mercy program and shape the trajectory for the program's success.
