Responsibilities
- Maintain an active patient care role while leading all aspects of residency program development.
- Establish and oversee ACGME accreditation processes, curriculum development, and faculty recruitment.
- Plan and provide didactic lecture schedule, provide bedside teaching, and mentor residents.
- Develop and implement recruitment and interview process, assess resident performance, and provide feedback.
- Dedicate at least 80 hours per month to teaching, administrative duties, and program oversight.
