Beyond teaching, you will lead the continuous improvement and relevance of your program. Requirements

• At least two years as full-time faculty in a Board-approved nursing program
• Clinical experience
• Leadership skills
• A master's degree in nursing
• Four years of experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee and update program curriculum
• Ensure consistency across campuses
• Engage with advisory boards and employers
• Lead externship programs and annual faculty meetings
• Create course plans and assessments
• Deliver lectures and labs
• Monitor student progress and attendance
• Advise and support students
• Maintain grade books and submit reports
• Maintain classroom supplies and equipment
• Attend faculty meetings and participate in committees
• Stay current with certifications and licensure
