About The Position
The McClelland Library, in partnership with the Irish Cultural Center, is a cultural gem in the heart of Phoenix, dedicated to celebrating history, literature, and the arts. As we look toward the future, we need a visionary leader to expand our reach, enhance our programming, and help secure our financial sustainability. We're searching for a strategic and creative Program Director to lead the charge. This role is not just about managing programs-it's about building a legacy. Over time, as the organization grows, this position has the potential to transition into an Executive Director role.
