Requirements

  • Licensure as an LPN or RN in the state of Oregon.
  • 5 years' e xperience in A&D treatment experience in an opiate treatment program with 1-year administrative experience Or 4 years' experience and bachelor's degree in related field, or 3 years' experience and master's degree in a related field from an accredited university.
  • M eet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program
  • Current driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Supervises operations of an opiate treatment program to include the direct supervision of the center's staff members and the treatment center's performance in the following key areas: operations, staffing, training, compliance, and customer service.
  • Scheduling / supervision of the staff members, training and professional development.
  • Evaluation of the assigned client's progress in treatment, implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Leadership and mentoring of staff members.
  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual training of various staff members as well as training key leaders on the skills and knowledge necessary for them to train their team.
  • Coordination of training and audit efforts by internal/external functional area experts and teams.
  • Weekly team meetings, and staff member crisis intervention meetings (i.e., behavioral problems, high risk clients, suicide, incarceration, emergency treatment center leave, etc.)
  • Serve as Corporate Compliance Officer for the center.
  • Maintenance of center to ensure it is maintained at a high standard.
  • Resolution of urgent and emergent issues regarding the treatment center.
  • Monitoring and addressing treatment program performance issues by: Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly treatment center reports.
  • Managing center revenue collections to achieve target collection rates.
  • Monitor scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and minimize unnecessary overtime.
  • Reporting of any work-related injury or illness, or workplace hazards or security issues immediately to the HR Dept and ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure staff members are qualified by appropriate education, credentials, and training. And maintain their licensure/certification.
  • Monitor compliance through testing, periodic internal audits, formal and informal surveys, and by coordinating internal audits and third-party audit efforts.
  • Responsible for driving Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives at the treatment center.
  • Assist in all marketing and outreach plans ensuring a robust and active referral network.
