The Legal Program Director provides academic and strategic leadership for Campus’s Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies and the development of future-forward legal degree and certificate programs. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality instruction, managing faculty, driving student success, and leading the comprehensive revision of Campus’s legal offerings to be nationally relevant, ABA-compliant, and industry-leading. The Program Director will build and manage an industry advisory board, foster partnerships with law firms and employers, and design innovative pathways that prepare students for evolving roles in the legal field and the advancement of technologies within the industry. Working cross-functionally with Academic Operations, Curriculum, Student Affairs, Outcomes, and Partnerships, this leader will ensure that Campus’s legal programs remain accessible, equitable, and outcome-driven. As the face of the legal programs, the Program Director represents them both internally and externally, strengthening their reputation, scaling their reach nationwide, and positioning Campus as a leader in the future of sustainable legal education.
