About The Position

Are you an experienced Program Manager, looking for a challenging and dynamic role? BAE Systems’ Countermeasures & Attack Solutions (CEMA) Business Area has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Program Manager in the Integrated Survivability Solutions (ISS) Product Line. This role is in the Missile Warning product area which provides complete lifecycle support to our aircraft survivability equipment domestic and international customer base. This Program Director role will be focused on the leadership of a large and strategic production program. Requirements

  • Demonstrated program management skills in complex production and sustainment efforts across multiple factories
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems
  • Ability to communicate and execute a strategic vision for the portfolio
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a geographically diverse team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively build and lead cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to both program teams and executive leadership
  • Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to achieve results through others
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and manage budgets effectively
  • Extensive experience in managing and overseeing subcontractor relationships
  • In-depth experience in identifying and mitigating Risks and Opportunities (R&O) to drive project success
  • Skilled in dynamic scope management, ensuring projects stay on track and aligned with goals
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business-related discipline and a minimum of 12 years of experience leading technical and program teams through all phases of the lifecycle
  • Active Secret clearance
