About The Position

Kids Science Labs is looking for camp directors / summer camp managers customer to join us this Summer who will shape our beautiful learning environment for staff and students, while delivering an unforgettable hands-on science experience. Our customer service lead summer camp director position offers day-to-day management, service excellence, team leadership, and aligns our team on delivering great programs.
We appreciate creative thinkers with a growth mindset, who desire professional growth, leadership, and development in their own careers as they lead our camp operations.
The Summer Camp Director is the core leader of our center operations, responsible for staff success, operations of the center, executing our processes, and understanding the key performance indicators that result in amazing student experiences. We encourage experienced teachers, general managers, retail store managers, service professionals who have a knack for connecting with people who want to inspire kids today to a better future tomorrow to apply and join our team today!

• BS/BA dregree (or MS/MA degree in progress)
• Strong decision making skills
• Exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication with parents, staff, and kids
• Experience managing staff schedules and maintaining key performance indicators for the center
• Previous camp leadership and/or management experience
• Adaptability to operate and lead in a dynamic teaching environment filled with kids
• High level of personal responsibility, honesty, and integrity
• Empathy for kids, ages 4-12, that are developing and growing everyday
• Alignment with Kids Science Labs core values
• Imagination, thoughtfulness and good sense of humor
