Responsible for co-creation, planning, implementation, financial management, and oversight of state-wide workforce development program supporting psychiatric nurse practitioners and masters level clinicians in achieving masters' degrees and subsequent licensure through a coordinated system supporting clinical preceptors.

  • Develops and maintains network of clinical training site locations throughout NH, inclusive of CMHCs, FQHCs, Hospital and community-based practices with the goal creating a coordinated system for students to achieve supervised clinical hours toward masters' degrees and licensure.
  • Fosters and monitors diversity of network membership, inclusivity in network practices, and equitable structures of network decision-making.
  • Supports development of formal and informal agreements among network member organizations, educational institutions, and individuals.
  • Manages communications with network members, other stakeholders, and community members to foster positive, inclusive relationships.
  • Co-leads multi-stakeholder planning teams to develop regional and local strategic and project-specific plans to guide network development and projects.
  • Foster productive relationships with key stakeholders at Dartmouth Health, other health care providers, governmental officials, and community partners and members as needed to advance network goals.
  • Leads visioning and co-development of network programs and projects.
  • Convenes and provides consistent project management and support to teams of clinical, community, and other partners to implement effective and efficient process toward goal achievement of the network.
  • Leads efforts to ensure access to high-quality and consistent data to inform network member and key stakeholders on overall performance and improvement opportunities.
  • Fosters community-based learning, sharing best practices and provides individual coaching and consultation for training sites.
  • Oversees planning for network conferences, trainings, learning collaboratives, and other approaches to sharing learning and evidence-based practices across network members.
  • Sponsors network teams to develop evidence-supported and/or best clinical teaching guidelines for network members.
  • Manages budgets of funding sources supporting this state-wide project and provides quarterly financial reporting to DH and non-DH network members.
  • Leads development of funding proposals to governmental and private funders to support additional network activities as identified.
  • Manages all grant activities in partnership with Dartmouth Health's Office of Research Operations to ensure submission, financial management, compliance, and reporting requirements of grants are met.
  • Supports and mentors network staff in developing their precepting and supervision skills and incorporating learners into their daily work through group meetings and on an individual basis as needed.
  • Helps to match learner needs to appropriate clinical settings based on the level/type of learner and education institution requirements.
  • Provides clinical supervision with assigned personnel.
  • Develops, trains and ensures compliance with network policies and procedures governing network workforce development programs.
  • Provides guidance and support to network members outside of Dartmouth Health as needed to support network collaborative.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Counseling/Therapy, Social Work or Addictions Counseling from an accredited institution of higher education, including an internship meeting professional licensure standards.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality improvement, project management, and supervisory skills.
  • Clinical supervision experience with students and other professionals.
