Role Overview: The primary responsibility of this position will be to serve as a Utility Coordinator but may be cross trained on other job duties. This position will provide oversite for consultant contract work and coordination of utility relocations for in-house designed projects as needed with the implementation of current codes, policies and laws. The ideal candidate will have utility coordination experience, roadway construction background experience, and plan reading experience. Ability to coordinate multiple active projects at a time and having strong communication skills are a must to work with not only INDOT personnel, but consultants, utility companies, and contractors on a daily basis
