The Program Director ensures that the purpose and value of the UMaine 4-H Centers at Bryant Pond and Greenland Point are realized through the development and implementation of programs that support the mission of 4-H and UMaine Cooperative Extension. This position is expected to serve as a role model for staff by maintaining a high degree of professionalism, exhibiting exemplary leadership and teaching skills, and skilled supervision. In addition this position will serve as Director on Duty and be responsible for risk management (program and facility) during specific program offerings. The salary range for this full-time, soft-money funded positions is $51,183 to $55,000 a year.
