Care: Lead, manage, and collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team focused on quality patient care and providing services ordered by a physician. Community: Energetically lead, implement, and deliver community education on inpatient unit to facility staff, local medical facilities, and community members through presentations, events, and one-on-one conversations. Compliance: Oversee operations Behavioral Health Unit, focusing on Care, Community, and Compliance.

Requirements

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in state of OK– required
Basic computer knowledge – required
BLS – required
Experience working in psychiatric behavioral health - required
Strong interpersonal skills – required

Nice To Haves

Five years Management experience - preferred
Master’s Degree Nursing - preferred

Responsibilities
