World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the world's leading conservation organizations, seeks a Program Director to lead the implementation of a complex, multi-partner, large program focused on food waste, consumer behavior change, environmental education, and food system sustainability. The program comprises distinct but interconnected projects that collectively aim to engage consumers, communities, and institutions in reducing food waste and its associated environmental impact. WWF serves as the lead organization for a coalition, responsible for coordinating all programmatic, financial, and compliance activities across the program. The Program Director will provide strategic and operational leadership of this new multi-stakeholder WWF led initiative aimed at reducing community food waste, directly overseeing project management responsibilities. This includes ensuring strong workflows, systems, and tools are in place for tracking deliverables, budgets, contracts, and reporting across multiple partners. The Director will oversee day-to-day implementation across multiple projects, manage subgrant processes in compliance with donor regulations, and foster strong collaboration among diverse coalition partners.
