About The Position

The Program & Digital Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in advancing Move2STL's mission to attract national talent to the St. Louis region. Move2STL functions as a startup in a nonprofit setting. This position leads the initiative's digital presence, supports program operations, and helps maintain the systems that guide prospective candidates through the relocation pipeline. The Coordinator ensures that Move2STL's communications, data systems, and candidate resources are engaging, organized, and aligned with program goals. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, tech-curious, and interested in growing into a broader program management role over time. Must be fluent in Spanish.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive).
  • Experience with AI
  • Strong writing and digital communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable learning new technologies and tools, including AI-assisted workflows.
  • Experience with Canva and major social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and commitment to maintaining clean, accurate data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
  • Cultural competence and professionalism in diverse environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to respond with clarity and empathy.

Responsibilities

  • (25%) Program Operations & CRM Management, this work may include, but is not limited to: Maintain accurate candidate and partner records within databases and spreadsheets. Support the upkeep of resource guides, shared drives, and internal documentation. Ensure timely data entry, tagging, and organization to support program analytics and workflow automation. Assist in refining operational processes and implementing new tools as needed.
  • (35%) Digital Content & Lead Generation, this work may include, but is not limited to: Develop and schedule social media content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Create graphics, visuals, and short-form content using Canva. Support newsletter development, including drafting copy and managing distribution lists. Monitor engagement, track trends, and recommend improvements to increase qualified leads. Repurpose program updates, success stories, and candidate insights into digital content.
  • (20%) Candidate & Partner Communication, this work may include, but is not limited to: Manage routine email and text communications with prospective candidates. Respond to basic inquiries and provide program information using established scripts or templates. Coordinate scheduling and follow-up for candidate calls and employer introductions. Support outreach campaigns by preparing messaging and updating contact lists.
  • (10%) Data Tracking & Reporting, this work may include, but is not limited to: Maintain spreadsheets and simple dashboards to track engagement, leads, and program activity. Compile monthly reports and summaries for leadership review. Monitor KPIs related to digital engagement and pipeline movement.
  • (10%) Performs other tasks as required. This work may include, but is not limited to: Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and promotional materials. Support internal coordination for meetings, events, and partner activities. Contribute ideas for improving candidate experience and program visibility. Interacting with community members relative to current projects and initiatives; Participating in departmental and organizational meetings and events.
