Job Description Summary Our Southeast team works to increase housing supply and broaden opportunities for socially and economically disadvantaged communities. To measure the success and impact of this work, the collection and analysis of key data is vital. We are seeking a Program Data Collection and Systems Intern to work directly with members of our Southeast team on the optimization of our current data management system. Over the internship period, the intern will review, research, and consolidate Southeast Market data across programs and cohorts. This includes understanding current required and desired data, identifying source systems and staff needs, surveying partners and program participants, and creating a centralized data collection repository. The internship will culminate in a new consolidated Data Matrix, gap analysis, and a survey instrument with results summary to support funder reporting, program evaluation, impact analysis and long-term partner engagement. The internship is expected to start on June 1, 2026, and end by August 21, 2026. The intern will work approximately 35–40 hours per week, with at least two days in person at the Atlanta office.
