As a Customer Service Representative at Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin company, you will be integral to managing and executing customer repair transactions within the International & Commercial Black Hawk Spares and Repairs Program Management Team. This role focuses on ensuring exceptional service delivery to customers while meeting their mission-critical needs. You will collaborate with various internal teams to resolve issues and maintain compliance, all while fostering positive customer relationships.

  • Interact with customers before and after sales to ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Deliver on all contractual and financial commitments, directly impacting the repairs P&L.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing appropriate product literature and pricing schedules.
  • Resolve production, shipping, invoicing, and warranty issues while identifying additional business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Overhaul and Repair Operations, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of repairs.
  • Maintain ITC compliance and support cost, quality, and schedule commitments.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2-3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
  • Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing, overhaul and repair operations, supply chain, engineering, or sustainment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under supervision and follow established procedures.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Sikorsky experience.
