The Program Coordinator position at the UNM Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences focuses on improving behavioral health services and systems in New Mexico.   • Coordinate projects dedicated to improving behavioral health services and systems in New Mexico.
  • Work with accrediting bodies and professional organizations.
  • Coordinate ECHO sessions and outreach to presenters and attendees.
  • Provide assistance to faculty, staff, and community partners.
  • Coordinate and facilitate in-person and virtual trainings.
  • Assist with project logistics, procurement, and materials preparation.
  • Create dashboards and data collection and visualization tools.
  • Provide extensive webinar support and real-time technical assistance to large audiences.
  • Manage complex scheduling and develop positive relationships with internal and external agencies.
  • High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties specified.
  • In-depth knowledge of project coordination and implementation.
  • Experience with continuing education processes.
  • Familiarity with behavioral health issues, the criminal justice system, and human services-related programs.
  • Experience with data collection and database management.
  • Advanced degree in a behavioral or public health field.
  • Demonstrated project coordination and administrative experience.
  • Extensive experience with RedCap, Access, Excel, Zoom, Qualtrics, Adobe Creative Programs, and Smartsheet.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience and providing hands-on technical support.
