Supports the program director by performing administrative duties related to planning, directing and coordinating both the academic and operational activities of the program.
Plan, coordinate, and implement Project ECHO outreach initiatives and events to engage rural healthcare professionals and promote dementia care, awareness and services.
Develop and manage relationships with rural healthcare professionals, organizations, community groups, and government entities to support and provide Project ECHO initiatives.
Identify opportunities for and coordinate events, presentations, and other activities to promote Project ECHO.
Assist in developing, managing/maintaining a database of contacts and resources for Project ECHO.
Prepare and submit progress reports as requested/required to Project ECHO stakeholders.
Represent Project ECHO and the GIA at community events and meetings as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned in order to accomplish the mission/goals of Project ECHO and the GIA.
High school diploma plus six years experience in related field.
Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.
Intermediate level skill in using MS Office programs.
Bilingual preferred but not required.
Prior experience working in a fast paced office environment.
