The Program Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of AVANCE programs, including the Parent-Child Education Program (PCEP), Caminos al Futuro, AVANCE to College, and other core initiatives. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality, two-generation (2Gen) services for parents and their children in alignment with AVANCE’s mission, policies, and Core 2Gen Model of Services. Key responsibilities include collaborating with community-based organizations, school districts, and service providers to expand and/or implement AVANCE programs, executing multi-component education and prevention programs, and facilitating services that strengthen family engagement and promote self-sufficiency. This role also leads to coordinating and implementing PCEP sessions and supports the launch of new AVANCE programs as needed.
