The Economic Mobility department develops, implements, and manages programs that support community members reach their goals for financial thriving. Programs include services such as job readiness workshops and training, job placement, case coordination and management, alternative sentencing, benefits navigation, financial literacy, and assistance with rent, utilities, transportation, food, and other needs. The Program Coordinator supports the success of daily program operations by coordinating services, assisting participants, and providing general support to facilitate the success of Inland SoCal United Way and Inland SoCal 211+ managed programs. This position works with a variety of programs and may be re-assigned based on available programs and organizational operational needs. The position currently open focuses on coordinating services for alternative sentencing and benefits enrollment but may vary and be responsible for other services or populations based on organization needs. A successful candidate has an aptitude for attention-to-detail, quickly learning new information and communicating with diverse audiences including justice-involved, and adapting to changes based on program needs.
