As a Program Coordinator , you will be responsible for the successful execution of custom switchgear projects and/or accounts from Order Entry through Project Closeout.  This position works with cross-functional multi-project team resources to ensure expectations are delivered according to defined scope, timeline, documentation, and cost parameters.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Management for all of the financial, commercial, contractual, and technical aspects of the Custom Switchgear projects.
Oversight for the Submittal design, procurement, assembly, test, shipment, and commissioning of Switchgear projects.
Responsible in managing commercial aspects and support technical direction to various other project teams, including engineering, purchasing, production and field service.
Deals with multiple disciplines such as contractors, consultants, engineering, sales, purchasing, and commissioning agents in regard to power generation and or electrical design products.
Directs internal and client teams involved in multiple activities.
